Delivery information

  • Please allow approximately 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. We will usually dispatch order within 1 working day of receiving a cleared payment.
  • Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
  • For security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. To ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, when no one is available to accept a parcel, a parcel card will be left for you.
  • Once a package leaves our office it is in the hands of the postal service.
  • A customs fee is determined by the country, and is not in Efect.si’s control. If a customs fee is charged, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay it.
  • Efect.si is NOT responsible for any additional fees charged by the postal service and/or customs upon arrival in your country. If package is sent back to us because of wrong address or unclaimed we are compelled t0 charge delivery costs again.
  • If you don’t get your order in the estimated delivery time, please contact your local Post Office.
  • If package is being checked at customer duty or recipient address is far away from urban area delivery time can be longer. Efect.si is not responsible for packages being denied or seized by customer duty of country of recipient.
  • If your goods are not delivered please wait up to 28 days before contacting us as the postal service doesn’t call an item lost until 4 weeks. Once 28 days have passed we will ask your postal service to investigate the loss of parcel and will let your postal service conclude the investigations – this can take up to 45 days before we can offer a replacement or full refund.
